PowerBI Add in for Power Point is not working correctly. IT searching for solution since two days.

Hello everybody,

 

Maybe somebody has already had a similar problem and knows how to solve this. Our IT Department has been looking at it for the past two days.

 

I had created Power Point Presentations that have a connection to a PowerBI Report. The connection/loading has always worked but not anymore. Now It says loading but nothing appears and after a while Power Point just shuts down. If I open Power Point in the cloud and open my presentation everything is loading correctly.  Of course the add in is installed in Power Point. There are also no updates outstanding. It is loading normally with the users who I have granted access to the PowerBI Report. If another user with the same rights logs on to my computer it is also is not wokring. On theirs it is. I seriously don't get it because all rights and licenses are being managed similarly globally. I assume it is my computer. But what could it be? Is there a box unchecked? I have no idea and it is getting very frustrating.

 

Maybe one of you experts has an idea which we haven't thought about yet.
