PowerApps visual with PowerBIIntegration fails to hook data properly

Initial Issue: Cannot find the PowerApps visual in the marketplace.
Solution: Update to October 2019

Actual Issue: Integrating PowerApps visual via PowerBI Desktop does not properly hook the data. When editing in PowerApps Studio, no data is found. The issue has been described and documented within these two threads:

Hi @hnguyen76, 

It's a limitation listed in online document: 

"PowerApps in Power BI Desktop provides data to PowerApps Studio when creating apps but not while editing. Use Power BI Web to preview the data while editing apps."
