Power Bi subscription of report issue

Hi,

I have subscription set up for a report published in app as below.

However, seems there is some bug.

Not only I only received it approx 30mins later than subscription email out time but also I received same subscription email 2 mins later (duplicated one)

Could you please advise why this is happneing? how to fix it?

Do you run into problems like this before? Does this happen with specific mailboxes or does it happen with all mailboxes?

@ v-yetao1-msft No it was the first time even one subscription I set for 10:00am I received 6:54pm.

However, there seems some bug yesterday in Power Bi service. it became back to normal today.

weird behaviours were

- delayed subscription email arrival

- duplicated subscription email arrival

Hi @jayleenz 

It may be that some changes in Service are causing delays and duplication of emails. But thankfully everything is back to normal. I will change the status to "Delivered" .
