Power BI usage metrics not working

Unable to load usage metrics on any report since about a week ago. I try deleting the Usage metrics data set to force a rebuild but got the same results.

 

the usage metrics works on classic but not on the new usage report.

Hi @Topo86 

We have seen on the internal platform that other engineers have reported this issue and submitted it. 

The engineers on the product team are now aware and will do their best to resolve the issue. I will update here if there is any progress, so please be patient!
