Power BI server Filter a report with a URL query string parameter not working with March Release

Hi,

After i upgarded to March 2018 relaese of my Power Bi server passing a Filter to Power BI report with a URL query string parameter as shown below is not working any more. It was working before the upgrade

url?filter=<Table>/<Field> eq 'value
