Send refresh failure notification to Distribution List

Hi, it appears when I use a DL in this field, no-one gets a notification. I had to add individuals, itstead of my team DL so that we can get alerts when the refresh fails. I used the DL and we didn't get any emails when our report refresh failed, a report user notified us that the data was out of date. I added our individual emails and the next time it failed, we got the alert.
