Power BI embedded Issue

Hi,

We are using Power BI Pro at an organization level which means all our reporting is done in Power BI. We are having issue with Power BI embedded when we publish the report onto our internal reporting platform (see the screen shot below). Our reports are using direct query and the data is sourced from AWS redshift. When we publish the report on our reporting platform it shows fine but after some time all the visuals give "Could not retrieve data for this visual" error and does not work. Can you kindly advice what is the issue and how it should be resolved?

Hi @WaqasP,

When the embedded report can't load data in visuals, have you went to Power BI service side, check if the report can display data fine?

Yes i have checked and the report is working fine on Power BI service
