Power BI Service is not displaying filter font colours correctly

As of 26th January, filter font colours are not being displayed correctly in the Power BI Service for existing reports. The filter 

boxes should all have a white font but the font has reverted to black, hence the text for each filter is no longer visible against the dark blue background. No changes were made to the reports at all. This is on the East Australian tenant.

I have re-checked this on another PC and also in Edge and IE and Chrome and the problem affects all of them.

The reason this issue has occured is new setting have been introduced in the Power BI service for the Filter Card preview and these settings are not in Power BI Desktop, so the report author has no way to set these and the Font colour defaults in the Filter Card settings to black. We really need this fixed as soon as possible in Power BI Desktop.
