Power BI Not Opening

Hi,

Power BI Desktop stays on the loading screen and shows "something went wrong". If I use another user on the same pc, it opens without any problem. I have tried reinstalling but same. Any Idea?

You mentioned that you use another user on the same pc , meaning you open the same Power BI Desktop using someone else's account, right? 

Have you used your account to log into Power BI Desktop before? If it worked before, but not now, you need to check if your account exists. If you are sure that your account can log into PBI Desktop on other computers, then you may need to uninstall and reinstall. You will need to go to the Download Center and download the full installer to install it, rather than updating through the app.
