PostgreSQL Connector - Left Join Dropping Rows

Issue that appears to have been brought in after a previous update where if you do any transformations (in my case Left Outer Join) using data direct from PostgreSQL connector, it will drop rows from the left table. Appears to have been a bug a few years ago that I believe has been reintroduced

Hi  @RMurtagh ,

Can you provide detailed version information so we can reproduce the issue? We'll get back to the product team as soon as it's acknowledged as an issue!
Thanks in advance!

Best regards.

Hi @Anonymous,

Sure! My version of Power BI is 2.119.986.0 64-bit (July 2023). From my bug queue I have my side I first saw the issue earlier this year but couldn't identify why.

PostgreSQL version: PostgreSQL 13.11 (Ubuntu 13.11-1.pgdg20.04+1) on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, compiled by gcc (Ubuntu 9.4.0-1ubuntu1~20.04.1) 9.4.0, 64-bit

Using the PostgreSQL connector, imported tables and then performed left outer joins which is where I notice data loss after loading it into the main model .

Let me know if you need anything else. Thanks!
