Paginated report: The rows grow exponentially when published and viewed in the service

The Report Builder report looks correct when I run it in the desktop. But when I publish it to the service and view it there the column header row and details rows grow about 15 rows taller. I clicked each text box and set it not to allow the height to increase. No effect.

In the image you can see how the header row generates about 15 rows worth of blank spaces between the text and the bottom border. The same thing is happening with each row.

As far as my test, could not reproduce it in my side, both of them work fine in Desktop and Service.

Besides disable 'allow the height to increase' feature, have you done anything else in the report builder?

Basically needs more information about this issue like the version of Desktop and Report Builder etc. You can try to update them to the latest to test it again.

No other propery settings other than the Sizing options "Allow height to increase" being disabled on text boxes. The installed version is the latest @ 15.6.1628.2
