PDF Export lacking graphics when exported via URL access

Hi All,

 

We have some reports with bar gauges that have been working fine. 

Since yesterday, the bar gauges are missing from the exported PDFs. The report shows fine on the screen but the bars are missing from the PDF exported via web-browser. 

 

The PowerBI Desktop does not have this issue but the client receiving the report doesn't have the Desktop. 

Is there any service intruptions at the moment?

Hi @Anonymous ,

 

I don't quite understand what you mean by bar guagues, but there is only one guagues visual we can find, but it doesn't have a bar.
It would be great if you could show us the icon of this visual so we can reproduce your question.

I have these 4. The 2 at the bottom are not getting exported to the PDF. They were working fine for a month.

We have changed some page sizes and re-deloyed again. Also when exporting, we make sure we are using Fit-to-Page view, this seems to have fixed the issue. Thanks

Thanks to nargesr for sharing, when you encounter this kind of problem, you may try to adjust the page to Fit-to-Page view.
