PBI Desktop will not start

Installed upgrade to desktop version and now receive the following: Feedback Type: Frown (Error) Error Message: AS Precess PID=1904 has exited with ExitCode=-1073741511, ExitTime=2021-05-30T21:08:38:3059901-03:00.

hi

which OS is you are using on the PC? If it is WIN7, Power BI no longer supports on Windows 7 since January 31st 2021

and if not, try previous versions to test if it works well
