Outage - Power BI Embedded

We are experiencing an embedded application outage since Thursday afternoon (04/19/18). For reports embedded in an application, only Power BI pro license holders can view the reports. Non Power BI pro license holders see a pop up saying "Checking your permissions" which leads to "This content is not available". This is not allowing us to serve our business at all since Thursday.

Also, the "Manage data gateways" functionality is no longer working, and database credentials are throwing incorrect credential errors at random times when the credentials are completely correct.

How many issues here?

1. For the non-Pro users have no access, was the reports assigned a capacity (premium)?

2. How did you embed the reports? Reference: power-bi/developer/embedding.

3. What's the data source?

Please see my responses below.

The issue is present to around 400 Power BI Free  users.

1. The reports are assigned a premium capacity (A2 SKU).

2. The reports were embedded through share point embedding.

3. The data sources are Azure SQL Databases.
