Not able to open PowerBI - Error Message (Value cannot be Null. Parameter name: Value)

Hello - I am getting the error message -

 

Something went wrong

Value cannot be Null. Paramater name: Value

 

Please help as PBI is crashing again and again after this message.

Hi  @deepakkabiir 

1. What version of Desktop do you have?
2.Are you having problems opening Desktop or are you getting errors when opening pbix?
3.If the problem is when you open pbix, then you got the pbix file through PBI Service, will there be an error report?
4. Were you able to use PBI Desktop normally before? Have you made any changes to it recently?
