New usage report- Cannot export underlying data

Hi,

I am having some issues with the underlying data export in the new usage report of usage metrics. I cannot export the underlying data from tabs. Even if i change the default setting (allowing users to export underlying data), nothing changes. With the "old" usage report, everything was fine. If i switch back to the old usage report (with the button at the top-right of the page), I see blank metrics. Is this a bug?
