New field list in PBI Desktop orders items by Name, not Translated name

The sort order used to be by translated name. This allowed for putting related dimensions next to eachother
(DimReportingDepartment -> "Unit, reporting" and DimExecutingDepartment -> "Unit, executing") and so on.

Now, the field list is ordered by the name behind the translation-layer. The issue came with the "New field list"-feature. **

In the PBI Service (create report online) and in customize visuals (in pb service) the fields are ordered by translated name. So it is only PBI Desktop that has this issue.
