Mekko Chart 3.1.0 : issue with labels on Ipad/Iphone but not on Android or Windows

Dear Community,

A bug appeared over the last days on all my dashboards which are using Mekko Chart 3.1.0.

This bug only happens on Ipad/Iphone but not on Android tablets or Windows computers.

When opening a page with this chart on Ipad/Iphone, no label is showing:

While they do appear on Android tablets or Windows computers :

Have you any idea on how to solve this issue?

I download the sample PBIX file of Mekko Chart (3.1.2.0) from AppSource and upload it to Power BI Service. I can view the labels in IPhone, my Power BI Desktop version is ( 2.65.5313.1381), Power BI mobile app version is 17.2 and IOS version is 10.3.3.

Could you please post the versions of your Power BI Desktop, moblie app, and IOS? Also, would you mind sharing PBIX file through Private message? I will test it on my side.

Hello @Anonymous,

Have you had time to look at my files?

In the meantime, I created a brand new report with the latest Mekko 3.1.2, shared it via an App with my colleague, but he still gets the same issue. 

Please note that when clicking several times on other visuals on the same page, the labels on the Mekko eventually appear... but not when "opening" the page.

Do you think you could share the dashboard you created with me so that I can check whether I get the same issue? Have you added several visuals on the page?

I found that if I turn on title of X-Axis, the label appear when opening your report. Do you get same behavior as mine?

indeed the labels appear when turning on X-Axis title, however only half of the latter appears (see below pictures) when opening the report...

(also it is not very convenient to always turn on X-Axis title)
