May Update breaks Oracle Connection???

Hi, Since the new May Update, my team has not been able to connect to an oracle database using tns.ora.  Is this a bug with the new (May) update?

I'm not able to reproduce the issue on my side. I can get data from Oracle database with latest Oracle client installed. 

Please check if you can connect to the same Oracle server in sqldeveloper.

Also please ensure you are installing the latest Oracle Client and all settings are fine: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-gateway-onprem-manage-oracle#installing-the-oracle...

Please enable desktop trace log then repeat the steps to reproduce the issue, share trace log with us.
