Make Bookmarks on default in PBI server

It would be good if the view bookmarks defaulted to on in power BI server when viewing reports.  Some users will forget to enable and then wonder where thier reports are.  maybe this is default off while bookmarks are in preview but when it becomes stadard the server functionality should be updated otherwise it wont be much of a feature.
