MS Teams group - adding to PBI workspace Issue

Hi Support,

 

When we add MS Teams group to PBI Workspace, sometimes user are able to see the content & sometimes they are not, it seems to be an intermittent issue. We checked with 2 different Teams groups, one was able to view the content, other was not(Access related message was displayed on the screen).

Hi @Anonymous ,

 

Very similar to what you mentioned above, I could not reproduce the problem properly, it worked fine for me.
This may be a temporary problem, does it happen frequently?

So I will try to give you more background, last year in December we faced this issue with an AD group & this year on Friday I faced this issue with Teams group. The issue is then as a workaround we have to add each user individually but which defeats the purpose of a group.
