Issues with dataset refresh in Service

Hi,
Since a couple of days (I believe, since the last update) there seems to be an issue with a dataset refresh. 

Until then, it was working properly, so we assume there was some change on PBI Service side. On Desktop everything works as expected.

Does this happen for all datasets or for a specific one, and what is the corresponding data source for that dataset? What is the connection method?

For some reason it's just this dataset, but there was no changes to it - it's just stopped working. The source is MS SQL Server database and SharePoint files. Import mode.

With trial and error, I've found out that the issue comes from the join of SQL Server table and SharePoint table. If I remove it, the dataset refresh works ok in the Service. Still not clear why the original dataset is only able to refresh on Desktop, and not in Service.

According to your test, the problem is that there is an issue with the merged data table from 2 data sources, if it's just a single data source, the refresh is successful is it?

Yes, you've put it correctly. If I keep the merge, the refresh fails, if I remove the merge, both tables refresh correctly in Service. This was different (for some reason) before 22/07. The last successful refresh was on 21/07.
