Issue with usage metric

Below data shows for some reason no data is returned while checking for user, usage of a dashboard.

Today's date is 22/02, data is always 2 days behind.

Also data between 16/02 and 19/02 (both inclusive) is missing.

 

Could you please advise why this is the case.

Can you confirm that users have accessed this dashboard in the last two days ? If the dashboard is not accessed, there is no record.

Yes users have logged in during those days, the potential exception would be weekends, thus we can ignore the below dates 18/02 and 19/02.

 

Data is missing for 16/02 and 17/02

 

Also is there a 2 day delay in getting latest data, the graph above shows until 20/02 and no data for 21/02.

Apologies data or 21/02 has now appeared, does this mean it'll get populated after a certain time only.
