Issue with connected

Hello, 

I can’t connect my data. These are Excel files that are embedded in SharePoint online. I can’t update my data either. They tell me that "We cannot authenticate the identification information provided". 

Status: Investigating

Hi @Cynthia234 ,

 

You can clear the credentials in data source settings and reconnect to sharepoint using the latest credentials to check whether it works. (In Power BI Desktop Transform data -> Data source settings -> Clear Permissions)
