Issue with Create App

Hi,

I have the pro license and i am trying to create my App for my team but the metion not comletes with (sample App.) and received the below message

The information you provide is not enough to explain the situation in question and you need to provide more information. For example,

1.In which workspace did you create the app, shared workspace or Premium workspace?

2.Does the error message appear when you click the create button, or when you report the app error?

3.Can you provide a screenshot of the error message?

HI Alisa,

Thank you for your kind attention, i have delette my workspace and then create another one and go through the steps again and i have managed to create the app, finaly.

But, still the proplem occur, my free license team still could not go through the dashborad.

i have tried the view member for someone but it did not work, i think we still need help as of our organization the pro license is limited for each team.
