Issue refreshing the DataModel from Power BI Service

Hi Team,

The datamodel we set on refresh to schedule has been running successfully past 1 month and started to fail this week with below error. Tried multiple things but the refresh fails after 5 hours on the PBI service. However, it refreshes successfully on the PBI Desktop within an hour. The dataset is large and connected to Databricks. Any suggestions is appreciated. Thanks!

Hi @maddyu ,

This issue has been submitted internally with ICM 292038704

Problem description: Cx facing error - The Report refresh which was working fine started to fail all of sudden and republishing it to power Bi service and refreshing again didn’t resolve the operation timed out issue.

The product team will be investigating this issue and once any updates are available, I will sync the information for you here.

Has been fixed in  3.1 train.
