Issue in loading Power BI Desktop - 64 bit

I am facing this issue with Aug 2021 and Sep 2021 versions, I clicked on Power BI desktop, did run as administrator but its not working. I tried reinstallation but still same issue. My clinet OS is Windows 10 Enterprise. 

Same versions are working on Windows Server 2012 R2. I did not try 32 bit Desktop version but 64 bit should work.

Would you like to try to install the Power BI Desktop from the Microsoft Store to get the Store version of the Power BI desktop and check if you can open it?

I am downloading from https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=58494 , let me know if there is any other way/link to get the installer.
