Issue: PowerPoint Add In picks wrong account when signed into multiple accounts

Hi,

I am typically signed into two accounts. One has a PBI Pro licence and the other has no licence for PBI whatsover. If I am signed into both accounts and provide a url to a PBI report in the licenced account I receive the following

The only work around is to deliberately sign out of the unlicensed account. PBI should use the acount associted with the url or at least offer the user the choice of which account to use.

Hi @WillHopkins ,

If you would like to suggest some feature improvements, you may also vote the idea and comment here  to improve this feature. It is a place for customers provide feedback about Microsoft Office products . What’s more, if a feedback is high voted there by other customers, it will be promising that Microsoft Product Team will take it into consideration when designing the next version in the future.

One way round it is to have multiple accounts set up within the Edge browser.

If you switch to the account you want to use in Edge (you might need to leave the Edge window open) then try and do this, it should then use correct one.
