Issue: New app update causing image hyperlink to publish report to be restricted to app audience

Hi,

My power bi app is based on image and an external link linking to the report.

After the update, this stop working.

Any workaround/ fix for this? 

Please provide a roll back button to the previous version similar to other window services.

Hi @jwo 

We regret to inform you that once the app is updated, it will not be rolled back . This is by design . Can your report dispaly normally ? Maybe you can reupdate your report in the app .

My report can be shown normally in the workspace. But, issue turns up for people who have app access but do not have workspace access.

Further clarity on the link, it is a hyperlink that is directed straight to the report.

In the old app format, there were no issues in terms of them clicking the image and being shown the report.

But, with the new app update, they are able to see the main dashboard. However, when the user click the image, it will pop up the message either the report is deleted or no access.

Please help on this.
