InvalidCredentialDueToSignatureNotMatchException

Hi all,

 

I received this error message InvalidCredentialDueToSignatureNotMatchException right after upgrade Power BI On Primes Gateway to the newest version.

 

Could you please suggest a way to fix or anyone is having the same issue?

I also noticed that all my dataflow who get data from on prime SQL server showed the spinning forever to show Gateway details while gateway cluster is online

The Gateway cluster is online as screenshot (senstive info excluded); yet the correct version is not displayed as both gateway should show the same latest version after the upgrade. Would that be the reason causing the problem in loading data on primes?

And this when I create new dataflow to test on prime DB connection

If no one has a solution, could any one share to me the older version of Power BI Gateway install May 2022

Could not reproduce it in my side as far as my test when I updated the on-premise gateway to the lastest version and check it in Power BI Service.

 

If you want to get previous version of gateway to check this issue again, you can refer:

I ended up delete the gateway and hassling reconfigure 73 dataflows (one by one) which using that gateway to a new one. It's severely affecting our production yesterday as no report working. From such incident, I would love to know if there is a way to avoid such issue in the future? Is there a way to quickly set new gateway take over the other gateway?
