I've been receiving the following error consistently with a report that works fine on desktop:
"The last refresh attempt failed because of an internal service error. This is usually a transient issue. If you try again later and still see this message, contact support. Please try again later or contact support. If you contact support, please provide these details."

I've tried everything I can think of with the desktop file (updating credentials, etc), but I've yet to find a solution. Is there any way for me to dig deeper into this error to see where it's coming from?
