Input Text box missing when changing page Issue

The input text boxes (for filtering) are missing when I change from one page to another. When I open the app for the 1st time, it's there. But when I change page, it's gone and won't come back. It's been doing this for some weeks now, after months of bug-free usage. We didn't change anything.

I tried the latest version to publish a report and it seems to be working fine. Try to update the app.
