Incremental Refresh

I am facing this issue of refresh of report which suppports incremental refresh
The thing is that there are several tables which were set to be refreshed incrementally, so i connected these tables and published
Now comes a problem when there are relations between tables the file/report does not refresh

Although it refreshes without any relations between tables.

 

As the report doesnt nt handle refreshment it  addresses these parameters to be send to IT support
