Hi, When creating a new user in Azure, to be able to share reports, there was a typo in their email address and this wasn't picked up until after we tried to share a report with them and they were unable to access. We removed the user from the direct access, corrected the error and re-added them to the access list, however Power BI is still picking up the original incorrect email address instead of the corrected one. I've cleared my cache, removed and re-added several times but each time I send the link it changes the email address back to the incorrect one. Any ideas how we get PBI to forget the old email address?
