Incorrect refreshing data

Hello, I'm struggling with weird thing. Charts in my desktop verision presents correct values, published version as well, but refreshed report in power BI pro doesn't. It acts like there would be secondary Y axis (off in desktop version) and based on that present another values in data labels, that doesn't make any sense for presented data. Is there any logic reason for that ?

I tried the latest version to create a report and publish it to service. All seem to be working fine.
