Incorrect Dataflow Error Message - Deployment Pipelines

When trying to refresh a dataflow from the deployment pipeline page that contains linked tables, I get the error message below.

 

These are PPU workspaces and the dataflows are refreshing fine when scheduled or manually triggered from the workspace itself. This error only shows when triggered from the deployment pipeline.

According to the error message, please check whether the corresponding workspace is assigning the correct capacity.
