Hi Team,

Getting error as "error occurred while rendering the report" even after installing latest may 2024 version. please would be grateful, if you could let me know how to solve this error.

have uninstalled and installed power to latest version many a times but facing the same issue.

I am in: Version: 2.129.1229.0 64-bit (May 2024)

Hi @Yadavagiri 

How did you update your Desktop ? From Microsoft Store or Download Center ? My suggestion is to download the latest installer from Download Center and install it ! Because you are updating from the Microsoft Store, there may be a situation where some of the files are not updated successfully, causing you to not be able to open Desktop properly after installation.

Hi  @Yadavagiri 

There's nothing wrong with the link you downloaded, can you make sure the version you downloaded matches the architecture (x86 or x64) of your Windows OS ?

Desktop has been updated to 2.130.930.0, please uninstall the original version and install the latest version to see if the problem exists.
