We're using the Get Refreshables API to track refreshes in our tenant. We want to start tracking PBI's automated retries, but they aren't showing up in the API response:

The RefreshAttempts section is always empty, as shown here:
In the refresh history UI in the service we verified that this refresh had 4 attempts.
Is the RefreshAttempt section of the response expected to be empty, or is it broken?
