Gateway configuration and Automatic Data refresh

Having issues with my gateway configuration, data source credential errors and automatic data refresh failed, please help me on this as it seriously affecting my productivity. Thank you in advance

In order to help you better, please provide detailed error messages and a screenshot of the error page.
Also, we need to know what your data source is and what connection method you are using.
