I got the following message once I try to investigate the schedule refresh function is not working properly. I don't understand what the error is about and there was no change in any of the queries (when it was refreshing successfully):

What data source are you using?
Have you checked that the data source credentials are correct, the gateway is configured correctly and is online when this issue occurs?

Yes, the connections are configured fine. The gateway is also configured correctly. I am using Native Query from 2 different databases using ODBC Connector.
I happen to see this error when I tried to refresh the file on my local system, so I do not believe this is related to gateway connection problem.
