Export to PDF not displaying map data

For the past few days, whenever I export a report to a PDF, the map visualization fails to display any data despite there being data in the Service. I don't have the option to change to a different style of map visualization. Is there a bug with the software? See the images showing before and after exporting to PDF. It seems to only affect the Service (not Desktop) where I do most of my exporting. Any help with restoring the data in the PDF from the Service is greatly appreciated.

Hi everyone,

I'm having this issue as well, but I'm using Azure Maps.
When I export to PDF and PowerPoint, the map is not showing the location with automatic zoom and the bubble.
My map just has one bubble to localize one coordinate. We have been using this kind of map for a few months without any issues.

 

Does anyone know what could be causing this?

Could be this is related to the Bing Maps Migration?

I do believe this may have something to do with Azure Maps Security/Authentication.

Plus, on export we can link to this, which I haven't seen until recently!

Could be that, on export to .pdf, that the rendering of such information occurs under a different set of licensing rules?

I can export the info on the map in PDF. What is the version of your Service and in which tenant is the Service located?
