May I know whether you are using Print this page feature to export your dashboard to a PDF file or other feature to export a report to PDF?

According to the error information from you, I get some information said exported content failed due to untrusted request timeout. Is there any encryption or security policy set in your organization?

Hi, @v-cazheng-msft 

 

I'm using EXPORT and asking for PDF.

 

After loading, this error appears. There is no encryption or security, because the month of November, we will export normally even through the tool.

 

my license type is the PRO.

Hi @Assessoria-OGE 

 

Please check whether these factors cause this issue.

  • Currently, reports with more than 50 pages can’t be exported
  • Reports larger than 500MB can’t be exported as well
  • Recently, there is a known issue reported internally. If you have blank pages in your report, you may experience issues when exporting to PDF. In this case, moving the blank page can make this operation successful.
