Excel online view launched from dashboard tile not show latest refeshed view

Hi,

I have a dashboard with mulitple tiles. When I click one of the tiles, that is conencted to a excel file on onedrive for business, the excel online view has stopped showing the refreshed view, of this file. The underlying Excel worksheet, on the onedrive for business, however is refreshing fine. Upon launching the rich Excel client view from the stale online Excel view, the refeshed uptodate view is shown correctly.

Please guide me what me be happening incorrectly ?

Does your worksheet contains data models? If not, data refresh is not supported as below. You need to click Reload to get the latest updated data in the excel.

yes, there is a data model. IT was working w/o reload, stoped working two weeks back. My other excel worksheet with data model are still working fine.
