Excel datasource having issue with gateway

Hi,

Need help, I have 2 windows account (account_1 and account_2) both have same rights on folder where excel file resides.

But, with one account I was able to make data source connection and with the other I get error as "

Unable to update this data source's credentials. Invalid connection credentials."

Please help what I am missing here.

Hi @Anonymous ,

I can't reproduce your problem, would you try adding the data source again using the old Manage Gateway UI and see if the problem persists?

you can try add ?newManageGatewaysUI=false In the address bar at the top of the manage gateway page.
