Error while exporting to Power point

We are seeing this with many of our users. Seems to be pretty random. Sometimes the export to PPT will work but other times this error will come. This is very annoying. Should I create a support case for this or is this a general problem (looks like it)?

I get the same and it is very random but I have some reports where it happens all the time.  I spoke to a MS resource at our company and he recommended logging a formal support request.
