Error on Clustered Column Chart

Concatenate Labels for X-Axis is set to off on Desktop File but when published it is disregarded.  See Screen Shots.  Please help

I also have this problem. Power BI desktop renders correctly, but the concatenate labels option is not working as expected when a report is published to the cloud service. @bdehning screenshots are consistent with what I see.  I am using PBI Desktop Version: 2.109.1021.0 64-bit (September 2022).  Problem seems to affect line, chart and combination chart and line visuals.
