Fix conditional formatting of data labels

I have a measure, formatted as a percentage. When I colour the data labels using rules, with that field selected, it colours the column at 60%, when it should only trigger on 0%. Can you fix this please? I did try this with two rules, >=0, < 1 Percent & >= 1, <=100 %. That had the same effect.

    Hi Anonymous ,

     

    As you tested, when I format measure as percentage, conditional formatting of data labels for measure can't display correctly.

     

    I have submitted the issue to ICM , the ID is 342302554. If there is any progress, I will come back and update .

    Hi Anonymous ,

     

    According to the reply from product group, this issue is by design.

     

    Percent" Rules are dynamic and relative to the visual's data range. For example, if min data is zero and max is 80%. So, 80% is the max, and for the "Percent" Rule type, this is considered "100 Percent" or MAX. If you want to set specific numeric rules, not dynamic ones, use "Number" type.
