Error message while publishing report

When I publish a report in Power BI Desktop the error message is displayed saying: "An error occurred while attempting to publish '<Report Name>': Publishing failed for an unknown reason. (PowerBIEntityFrameworkOperationException)". Any idea on how it can be fixed?

Hi @Anonymous, 

Please open Power BI service app.powerbi.com in browser, sign in with your Power BI account. Navigate to desired workspace, click on Get Data -> Files to check if you are able to publish the report.
