Error：Visuals display blank when export report to PDF

We got a problem that HTML and Custom(or 3rd party) visuals, even certified visuals 'wordcloud by MS',  appeared blank when we using PBI Desktop to export report to PDF. It seems not the problem of visuals, because all visuals look good when published to PBI Service.

We hope that MS authorization could give a solution as quickly, for the sake of we have to export hundreds of reports every day. Thanks for the hard work by all staff!

We're also experienceing this issue. Any downloaded visuals (all PBI Certified) are showing as blank when exported to PDF, but all out-of-the-box visuals are working as expected.
