Error: Microsoft Power BI Desktop is not responding

Hi Microsoft team,

 

For a while I'm facing this issue where my power BI is too slow and every time I open an old or new file this same issue popup. 

I even uninstall and installed the Power BI app also. My laptop has sufficient RAM and ROM. Could you suggest something to resolve this issue?

Hi, 

I think you should try to go to the task manager to shut down any other service which consumes a part of the CPU and RAM of your computer to make sure the available resource on your PC is enough.

If you want to get a solution for this kind of starting desktop problem as soon as possible based on your specific situation, I suggest you to open a support ticket to get direct help from the technical support team of Microsoft.

Have you resolved that? I have the same issue while starting up Power BI.
